Job Summary
- Qualifications and experience: Secretarial Certificate/Diploma with 3-5 years’ experience in a Corporate Secretary role.
- Knowledge and understanding of corporate governance and corporate administration would be an advantage.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English

- Maintain confidentiality with handling of sensitive information
- Strong organisational- and communication skills
- Meticulous, neat and attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines whilst multi-tasking
- Competence to work independently
- Excellent time/deadline management
