Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Ensure Health and Safety compliance for self and team through relevant standards and procedures Conduct inspections, audits, and investigations to ensure compliance with MHSA regulations and company standards Supervise, guide, and coach Drill and Blast Quality Controllers to maintain quality and performance standards Identify deviations in drilling and blasting, implement corrective actions, and enhance team efficiency Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in drill and blast processes
Requirements:
Grade 12 Blasting Certificate 3 years experience in open-cast mining production
