Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth, professional, and efficient service at all times.
- Create and maintain a classic yet creative beverage menu, including cocktails, spirits, and wine offerings.
- Lead, train, and motivate the bar team to consistently deliver 5-star service.
- Ensure the bar area is well-stocked, clean, and maintained to the highest standards.
- Engage with guests to provide a welcoming, personalized experience.
- Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage stock control and costing.
- Work closely with the F&B and events team to support private functions, wine tastings, and estate events.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior bar role, preferably in a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or wine estate.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and wine (WSET Level 1+ beneficial).
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of hospitality.
- Well-groomed, confident, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
- Experience with POS systems and stock management software.
