Job Description: 
The Debtors Shared Services Collections Manager oversees the management and collection of specific debtors ensuring performance aligns with the organisation`s strategic goals. This candidate will lead the team, enforce policies, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in debtor collections and process efficiency.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Oversee debtor and financial operations to align with strategic objectives, ensuring compliance and effective cash flow.
• Implement process enhancements and system upgrades to boost efficiency.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and manage change, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Lead, mentor, and develop teams to support growth and transformation goals.

Minimum

Requirements:

• BCom Accounting degree
• 5 years’ experience as a manager of a large team
• Experience with large collections
• Experience in healthcare or shared services
