REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Min of 3-5 years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on manufacturing and technical roles. Proven track record in business development, sales and key accounts management. Excellent leadership, coaching and team management skills. Proficiency in CRM and recruiment software. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
