Job Summary
Responsibilities:
– Update Outsurance and Discovery portals with accurate and timely information- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels- Provide excellent customer service and support- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner- Maintain accurate records and databases- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Requirements:
