Key

• Support the Head Pastry Chef in the day-to-day operations of the pastry kitchen

• Prepare and present high-quality pastries, breads, desserts, and baked goods

• Assist in menu development with a focus on creativity, guest satisfaction, and seasonal ingredients

• Maintain impeccable hygiene and cleanliness standards in the pastry kitchen

• Oversee stock control, ingredient sourcing, and kitchen organization

• Ensure consistency, quality, and artistic presentation across all pastry offerings

• Provide training and mentorship to junior kitchen staff as needed

• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to deliver seamless and memorable dining experiences

• Uphold sustainability practices and minimize waste wherever possible

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a pastry kitchen, preferably in a luxury lodge, hotel, or fine dining establishment

• Formal culinary or pastry qualifications preferred

• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, trends, and presentation styles

• Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, and high-standard environment

• Excellent attention to detail and creativity in plating and flavor profiles

• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
