Job Summary
- Matric, relevant qualification advantageous
- Previous experience in similar role
- Experience working on Easy Clear or Ship-Shape essential
- Min two years’ experience working in the customs sector
- Highly organised, deadline driven and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
DUTIES
- Accurately process and submit customs entries for imports and exports, ensuring compliance with all SARS and customs regulations
- Utilize Easy Clear software to manage and track customs documentation efficiently. Or exposure to Ship-Shape
- Resolve any customs-related queries or discrepancies in documentation
- Stay updated on changes in customs regulations, tariff`s, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain meticulous records of all customs entries and related documentation.
- Assist with administration / filing when required.
Salary:
