Job Summary
Requirements:
Assist in SAP,configuration,testting and support task across modudes(e.g,SAP FI/CO.MM,SD,HCM).
Supported end-user by troubleshooting issues and escalating where necessary.
Participate in data migration,report generations,and system enhancements.
Documents business processes and technical specifications.
Collaboration with cross fuctional teams to understand business needs and provide SAP-based solutions.
Help conduct user training and create user manual or guides.
Stay updated on SAP best practices and new fuctionalities.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor degree(or in final year) in IT,Computer Science,Information Technology Systems,Engineering,or related field.
Basic understanding of EPR Systems,exposure to SAP is a strong advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow in dynamic environment.
Ability to work indepenmndantly and in a team.
Proficient in MS Office tools(Excel,Word,Powerpoint)
Certificate in SAP or coursework will be added advantage.
