Job Summary
- Matric & Electrical Diploma/Degree
- 5+ Years’ relevant experience within a construction environment
- Proficient on MS Office Suite
Responsibilities
- Understand contract documents such as JBCC, NEC, MBA
- Tender for new projects
- Understand/read electrical drawings & draw up list of quantities
- Identify the extra work needed to be done on projects & claim extra costs from the Client
- Estimations & budgets for the project
- Advance claims on respective projects
- Liaise with Clients, Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Project Managers & Foreman
- Negotiate for the best prices
