Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production.
- Lead a team of 50+ staff, including drivers, plant operators, and yard personnel
- Manage fleet scheduling, delivery logistics, and customer communication
- Enforce health & safety, housekeeping, and compliance standards
- Maintain high levels of productivity, quality control, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience in concrete production, construction, or plant operations
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication in English and Afrikaans
- Ability to multitask and solve problems under pressure
- Health & safety knowledge essential | Own transport required
