Job Summary
Location: Mine Sites, Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC)
Rotation: 3 Months On-site / 2 Weeks Off (Outside the DRC)
Industry: Electrical, Mechanical & Instrumentation Engineering (Mining Sector)
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in transformer maintenance, including MR tap changers
- Field experience using Omicron/Megger diagnostic tools
- Familiarity with IEC / IEEE transformer standards
Key
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair power transformers and OLTC/DETC tap changers
- Perform advanced diagnostics (DGA, SFRA, insulation resistance, etc.)
- Oil testing, purification, and degassing operations
