Salary:

R10,000 per month | Live-In | Additional Benefits Included

Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a Senior Receptionist for a prestigious private game reserve located in Limpopo. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional with strong administrative skills and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service in a luxury bush environment.

Key

Responsibilities:

Manage guest check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and efficiency
Operate and maintain the Opera reservation system (Opera experience is essential)
Handle guest inquiries, both in person and via email/phone, in a courteous and prompt manner
Coordinate guest arrivals, activities, and departures in line with lodge standards
Ensure accurate billing, payment processing, and daily cash-ups
Support lodge management with administrative tasks when required
Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area
Liaise with all lodge departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar front-of-house or receptionist role
Proficiency in Opera reservation system is a non-negotiable requirement
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
Well-groomed, professional, and guest-focused
Willingness to live and work in a remote bush environment

Benefits:

R10,000 per month salary
Live-in accommodation provided
Meal on duty or option for meal allowance (R850)
Provident Fund: 7.5% Company Contribution
Medical Aid Contribution
