Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an Assistant Spa Manager to join a leading luxury wine estate in Cape Town. This position is ideal for a motivated and experienced spa professional who thrives in delivering high-end guest experiences and supporting the daily operations of a world-class spa facility.

Responsibilities:


  • Assist the Spa Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the spa

  • Maintain the highest standards of service and guest experience

  • Support and motivate the spa team to meet service and revenue targets

  • Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and complaints professionally

  • Monitor inventory and manage stock levels of spa products and supplies

  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards

  • Perform treatments as needed, depending on qualifications and bookings

  • Assist in training, development, and scheduling of spa staff

  • Participate in marketing initiatives and promotions

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a spa or wellness environment, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role

  • Relevant qualifications in beauty therapy or wellness (e.g., CIDESCO, ITEC, or equivalent)

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

  • High attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction

  • Proficient in spa software and Microsoft Office

  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays

  • Professional presentation and demeanor
