Job Summary
Qualifications, skills and experience required:
- Native-level fluency in German (spoken and written) – non negotiable.
- A strong interest in sales and business development
- A Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) or similar qualification with excellent academic results trhough HSC and tertiary qualifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Previous experience with cold calling or sales
- Conducting outbound cold calls to prospects in the DACH region
- Qualifying leads and setting up meetings for the senior sales team
- Keeping CRM records up to date and accurate
- Meeting and exceeding weekly KPIs and performance targets
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to fine-tune outreach strategies
- Continuously improving your sales skills through training and feedback
