A leading organization in the oil and gas industry is seeking a highly experienced and professionally presented Senior Structural Engineer to join a major project based in Saudi Arabia. This is a strategic role supporting the Jafurah Project, offering the opportunity to work on high-profile infrastructure within a globally respected team.

Key

Responsibilities:

• Oversee structural engineering activities throughout all EPC project phases—engineering, material procurement, and construction management.
• Provide technical support and leadership to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and international standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver project milestones on time and within scope.
• Contribute to quality control, design validation, and site supervision during construction activities.
• Ensure alignment with client and stakeholder expectations, with a strong emphasis on safety and technical excellence.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) – Required.
• 10 to 12 years of experience as a Structural Engineer in the oil and gas industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in Oil and Gas Project Management Engineering.
• Extensive experience in EPC project phases, especially construction management.
• Experience with projects similar to Jafurah is highly desirable.
• Advanced safety certification – Required.
• PMP Certification – Preferred.

Technical & Soft Skills:

• Deep technical knowledge in structural analysis, design codes, and engineering tools.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities in managing engineering teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and project planning capabilities.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluent in English and professionally well-presented.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor, representing engineering excellence.
