Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain production methods, guidelines, and procedures to ensure consistent achievement of KPIs. Lead, coordinate, and optimize daily production operations, ensuring efficient use of equipment, tools, and workforce. Drive continuous improvement efforts, including the renewal, maintenance, and optimization of production equipment. Ensure robust quality management and assurance systems are in place and effectively executed. Manage detailed production scheduling, sequencing, and resource allocation. Adjust and close production orders as necessary. Promote a culture of operational excellence, with a focus on quality, cost, and delivery (QCD). Develop and lead a production team or department, fostering growth, accountability, and performance. Qualifications and Skills: National Diploma or Bachelors degree in Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline. 5 to 10 years of proven experience in the automotive manufacturing industry. Strong proficiency in SAP and fluency in English. Demonstrated analytical thinking and a results-oriented mindset. Experienced in leading teams, managing budgets, and delivering projects on time and within scope. In-depth knowledge of CNC programming and its integration in production environments.
