Job Summary

Discovery : Outbound Sales Agents Based in Randburg Basic and Commission Main purpose of the job: The successful applicant will be responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets through outbound telephonic selling and will be required to actively sell short / long -term insurance within a pressurized environment. Key responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls and sell short / long -term insurance products Will have to be proven closers with ability to convince clients to accept product Ability to accurately assess customer needs and potential, identify and deal with objections that may arise Be comfortable with the sales process and show the ability to meet targets Ability to sell high volumes of policies whilst insuring call of high quality Ability to handle complaints as well as conflict telephonically Minimum

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year telesales experience. Excellent communication both verbal and written Computer literacy in both MS Word Excel Cooperative and empathetic to colleagues and customers RE5 Relevant qualification Required Knowledge and Experience: Grade 12 /Matric Credit Criminal Clear Experience in short-term insurance to a large retail client base
