Job Summary
The position is responsible to assist in deploying the marketing strategy at country and dealer level
and coordinating the activities with the Parts Sales Managers and Dealers.
Key Performance Areas:
- Parts Marketing
- Monthly parts analysis reporting for SA and MEA
- Deploy marketing strategy at dealer level in the respective area of responsibility, by conducting
- regular meeting with Dealer and Customers together with Sales Team
- Assist dealers with developing their marketing plans
- Analyse product performance by dealer and propose to sales necessary action to recover sales
- Prepare advertising material and dealer advert space on local media
- Assist the dealers with events and exhibition material
- Assist the dealers with sales promotional material
- Support PSM in the analysis of parts performance
- Support the PSM on the preparation of meeting with the dealer (presentation, actions to be proposed)
- Support with the monitoring of sell out data and propose corresponding marketing action to be developed through MY Iveco Business Tool
- Parts Sales Administration
- Updating of Daily Sales Tracking Report – Update on a Wednesday
- Prepare Weekly Sales Forecast Report for RHD PSM – Present on a Thursday Afternoon
- Prepare Monthly and Quarterly PSM Results Tracker – Prepare by 4 th working day of new month
- Monitoring of Standard Margin per RHD account and report on variances
- Support PSMs with price change requests
- Liase with Central Marketing team
- Support with Projects when required
- Send out Communication to Dealer Network when requested
- Build a weekly Sales update tool for PSMs and Dealers – Send every Friday
- Keep updated Contact details of Parts Managers, Dealer Principle and Parts Salesman
- Support Manager with ad hoc admin tasks when required
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Relevant Marketing degree
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, etc.)
- Excellent time management
- Good administrative skills with special attention to detail
- South African unemployed YOUTH Aged between 18 and 34
- Must not have taken part on the YES Programme before
