• Develop, monitor, and adapt health strategies, in line with the Group Strategy, for the Rustenburg WL Operations.
  
• Develop and implement plans in support of the strategy and ensure that all health risks are identified and that appropriate plans are in place to mitigate health risks.
  
• Oversee the provision of both Occupational and Clinical health care in support of the strategy.
  
• Ensure excellence in compliance with internal and external health standards.
  
• Oversee the reporting of health performance to internal and external stakeholders
  

Requirements

• A degree in Medical, Mining, or related sciences is essential.
  
• A post graduate degree or diploma in Health, Mining or related sciences is advantageous.
  
• A business management qualification is advantageous.
  
• Experience in Mining Health is advantageous.
  
• Ten (10) years experience in a Senior Management and Leadership role
  

• In depth knowledge of business process particularly related to the provision and delivery of health care.
  
• In-depth knowledge of the legislative framework for health.
  
• Strong strategic thinking ability.
  
• Leadership and influencing skills
  
• Planning and organising skills
  
• Strong analytical and financial skills
