Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present high-quality pastry and dessert items

• Ensure mise en place is completed and handed over in accordance with SOPs

• Order adequate supplies for the pastry section and ensure readiness before service

• Supervise proper setup and ensure readiness of menu items

• Work closely with the Sous Chef to maintain consistent seasoning, portions, and food appearance

• Properly store excess food to minimize waste

• Deliver dishes from the section promptly and efficiently

• Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation practices at all times

• Maintain detailed records of preparation and presentation specifications

• Coordinate tasks with fellow kitchen staff within the section

• Be adaptable and ready to assist across various sections as needed
