Minimum Requirements:

•  B.Com degree
• CA(SA): Minimum 2 years’ post-articles experience
• Manufacturing industry experience is essential
• Bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
• Male candidates preferred in line with client requirements
• Experience with Bill of Materials (BOM) is highly advantageous
• Syspro experience is highly advantageous
• Forex exposure will be highly advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full accounting function from source documents through to financial reporting
• Prepare monthly management accounts and annual financial statements
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Oversee costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing financial reporting
• Manage foreign exchange transactions and exposure where applicable
• Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements
• Drive financial controls, process improvements, and operational efficiencies
• Partner with production and operations teams to improve profitability and cost management
• Lead and mentor the finance team while supporting business growth initiatives
