What You’ll Do: Learn the art and science of cheese-making from milk to maturation Assist in daily production and maintenance of cheese-making equipment Support in hygiene, record-keeping, and quality assurance tasks Participate in occasional weekend work during busy periods What our client is looking for: A young person, with a keen interest in food, a basic understanding of food science and microbiology.
