We are seeking a proactive and experienced Client Retention Lead to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring high retention rates among our group subscriptions, renewals, and other service agreements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer relationship management and a proven track record in enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty in a tech-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:Develop Retention Strategies: Craft and implement effective retention strategies that maximize client loyalty and reduce churn. Analyse trends in customer satisfaction and feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.Manage Subscription Renewals: Oversee the entire renewal process to ensure timely and successful renewal of all group subscriptions and contracts. Identify and address any barriers to renewal.Client Communication: Maintain continuous lines of communication, keeping clients fully informed throughout the lifecycle of their subscription and fostering ongoing engagement.Feedback Loop Management: Implement and oversee a system for gathering client feedback, turning insights into actionable improvements to enhance the customer experience.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, support, and product development teams to ensure client needs are met and their feedback is factored into product development.Reporting and Analytics: Regularly report on retention metrics and client health scores, providing insights and action plans to senior.
