Job Summary

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior Graphic Designer with exceptional marketing operational skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will not only possess a strong design portfolio but also demonstrate the ability to drive projects and elevate our design team to new heights. As a senior member of our design team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our visual identity across various platforms and lead key projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities: Conceptualize and execute creative design solutions for a range of projects, including but not limited to branding, marketing collateral, digital assets, and presentations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to understand project requirements and deliver visually appealing designs that align with our brand guidelines. Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and constructive feedback to elevate the overall quality of the design team. Drive marketing initiatives through visually compelling designs, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and marketing objectives. Take ownership of key projects, from initial concept development to final execution, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Utilize marketing operational skills to streamline design processes, enhance project efficiency, and contribute to overall team productivity. Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our design processes. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting quality standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects. Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a track record of successfully guiding and developing junior designers. A keen eye for detail, creativity, and a passion for design excellence. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Familiarity with current design trends, usability principles, and best practices in digital and print design. Preferred Skills: Marketing operational skills with a solid understanding of marketing strategy and objectives. Ability to drive projects from start to end, demonstrating leadership and project management capabilities. Experience in UI/UX design and understanding of user-centered design principles. Knowledge of animation and video editing tools.
