This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys multitasking, and can contribute to both finance and operational support.Matric (Grade 12)Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or Bookkeeping (advantageous)Minimum of 3 years experience in a full-function bookkeeping roleExperience managing inter-company transactions and reconciliationsProficiency in Xero Accounting software preferredExcellent Excel skills and sound accounting knowledgeStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilitiesAble to work independently and meet deadlinesWillingness to assist with operations on alternate weekends as neededBilingual in English and AfrikaansValid drivers license and own reliable transportDuties & ResponsibilitiesMaintain full bookkeeping function up to Trial Balance for multiple retail fuel stationsManage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processingReconcile bank accounts, supplier statements, and inter-company balancesPrepare monthly financial reports including Profit & Loss and Balance SheetsHandle VAT submissions and ensure full compliance with tax regulationsAssist with budge.
