Overview:
A fast-growing digital solutions provider is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join their sales and marketing team. Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.

Work cross-functionally with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are met and exceeded.

Identify and drive opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximise account value.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

35 years experience in software or professional services sales, account management, pre-sales, or business development.

Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), APIs, and cloud-based technologies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.

Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional team environments.
