Job Summary
This is not just sales – it’s strategic relationship management, problem-solving, and solution building with a technical edge.
? Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Key Account Management or Senior Sales role
- Background in racking, shelving, shopfitting, or retail fixtures is a big advantage
- Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Must be comfortable with project-based sales cycles, site involvement, and after-sales support
- Strong multitasking and communication abilities – this role requires juggling multiple large clients at once
? Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Minimum of 5–8 years in account management, preferably servicing large national retail clients
- Ability to manage the full sales lifecycle: needs analysis, quoting, project liaison, and post-installation support
- Skilled at building long-term relationships and spotting upselling opportunities
- Highly organised, with experience in navigating complex installations and coordination with internal teams
- Comfortable in both boardroom presentations and onsite visits
- Confident, professional, and proactive – the type of person clients trust to deliver
