Duties
- Assist the internal sales coordinator
- Answer incoming calls, screen and direct them appropriately, take messages, and assist callers in a courteous and professional manner
- Ensure the reception area and overall office environment remain neat, tidy, and presentable at all times
- Handle inquiries from visitors and clients, providing accurate information and assistance
- Support general office administration and assist various departments with tasks such as data entry, customer queries, and preparation of quotes
- Manage and maintain efficient communication between departments and clients
- Assist with ongoing administrative projects as required
