About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to lead outbound business development activity across the architecture and interior design sectors, supporting a niche recruitment market in South Africa and the US East Coast. The ideal candidate will be confident in phone calling and email outreach, with solid experience in outbound sales or business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Bring solid outbound sales or business development experience
- Lead outbound business development across the architecture and interior design sectors
- Execute approximately 150 outbound emails weekly
- Book around 10 introduction meetings per week
- Market top-tier, pre-existing talent to prospective employers using MPC reverse recruitment methods
- Maintain a proactive, target-driven approach to weekly outreach metrics
- Learn and absorb complex, niche industry knowledge within architecture and interior design
Requirements
- Solid experience in outbound sales or business development
- Confident making phone calls and executing high-volume email outreach
- Able to work US East Coast hours (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
- Proactive, target-driven, and committed to long-term growth
- Able to learn a specialised niche field within architecture and interior design
