Job Summary
This role involves handling all service bookings and related administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming service requests, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with the workshop team and service advisors. Accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills are key to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming service booking requests via phone, email, and walk-ins
- Schedule service appointments and confirm with customers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date booking records
- Coordinate daily workshop capacity and technician availability
- Assist customers with general service-related enquiries
- Update and manage the dealership’s booking system
- Ensure accurate data entry of customer and vehicle details
- Liaise with service advisors and workshop staff to manage workflow
- Follow up with customers for reminders and confirmations
- Provide support to the service department as needed

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a dealership
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Experience with dealership management software (e.g., Kerridge, Automate, or similar)
- Good computer literacy
- Valid driver’s licence preferred
Remuneration
Basic Salary R10 000 – R15 000 (Depending on experience)
