“Financial Manager (JB5334) Newlands, Cape Town (Office-based)R80 000 – R95 000 CTC per monthPermanentEstablished credit providers specialising in development finance and property-backed lending are looking for a finance manager to lead the full finance function, including financial forecasting, budgeting, and modelling. This is a hands-on role with exposure to investor reporting, treasury, and reporting – ideal for a commercially astute and analytical professional.Minimum Requirements:CIMA-qualified, coupled with 3 or more years of post-qualification experience within a similar role and nicheAdvanced ExcelStrong financial modelling, analysis, and cashflow forecasting abilitySolid budgeting and reporting experienceComfortable managing a team and presenting to senior stakeholdersHigh integrity, adaptable, and problem-solving mindset.
