Job Summary
? What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and inspire a full finance team (including 7 direct reports) across a multi-site manufacturing environment
- Drive financial strategy, performance management, and cost accounting excellence
- Oversee complex, multi-currency transactions in a multinational setup
- Play a key role in executive decision-making, with a seat at the table for 5+ years
- Manage the full reporting cycle – statutory, management, tax, and forecasting
- Leverage your expertise in ERP systems (JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle) and BI tools for real-time data insights
- Deliver advanced financial models to support large-scale operations and strategic initiatives
- Adapt to fast-changing market demands and guide the business through scalable transformation
? Your Background:
- CA(SA) with a minimum of 10 years post-articles experience
- At least 5 years in a CFO or similar leadership role within the manufacturing or construction space
- Strong foundation in costing, modelling, and financial operations
- Comfortable managing turnover exceeding R1 billion
- Experienced in high-impact, data-driven environments where agility meets accuracy
