Job Summary

Develop and maintain an effective filing systemCoordinate client invoice and payment requisitions on a monthly basisManage all incoming and outgoing correspondence of the divisionCoordinate and communicate all clients and industry related events Develop and maintain database of current, potential and strategic clientsCoordinate the team tasks within the division and coordinate wellness events for client organizationsAffiliate Database ManagementNew Business Development AdministrationDemonstrate the required work ethic, code of conduct and confidentiality Client Communication, Relationship management and general administration duties on all new business development initiatives of the division Qualifications and Experience:Matric or any relevant B-degree1 year general administration experienceComputer literate (Ms Word, Excel & Power point)Behavioural Attributes and Competencies:Computer literacy (MS Office)Demonstrate sound work ethicsAbility to work under pressureAbility to perform multiple tasks simultaneouslyService and deadline drivenExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written communicationShortlisted Applicants may be expected to pass a series of tests (numerical, logical and technical skills and knowledge) as a prerequisite for an interview.The Centre for Occupational and Wellness Services is an Affirmative Action employer-previously disadvantaged individuals are encouraged to apply.
