About the Role
We are seeking a versatile, technically minded, and highly adaptive Project Manager to drive operational execution for high-impact legal-tech projects. You’ll serve as a strategic link between leadership and operational teams—ensuring clarity, accountability, and delivery across multiple complex workstreams. This role requires someone who thrives in dynamic environments and who brings order to ambiguity with precision and purpose.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and own end-to-end project execution across legal-tech and claims operations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (legal, engineering, admin, leadership)
- Manage project timelines, risk, scope, and stakeholder expectations
- Troubleshoot urgent operational issues and implement corrective actions
- Build and optimise internal systems for progress tracking and quality control
- Translate governance and technical complexities into actionable execution plans
- Prepare structured progress reports and proactively escalate key issues
- Foster strong team cohesion and ensure alignment at all levels
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, settlement, and internal governance requirements

Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of project management or operations experience in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
- Proven experience in legal, financial, engineering, or other complex technical sectors
- Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage interdependent workflows and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Confident, hands-on leadership style
