1. Education:
• Matric (Grade 12) essential.
• Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Operations, or Lodge Management is advantageous.
2. Experience:
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in a back of house or operational role at a luxury lodge or hotel.
• Strong understanding of hospitality logistics, cleaning protocols, and stock control.
3. Skills:
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Competent in inventory systems and basic computer skills (Excel, email, Word).
• Basic understanding of sustainability and eco-conscious practices.
4. Other Requirements:
• Must be able to live in remote bush environment.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks when required.
