Job Summary
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily processing of job cards issued and completed on the job card system.
- Coordinate, track, and control preventative maintenance schedule.
- Improve and maintain stock management system.
- Ensure critical spares stock on hand is sufficient and tracked.
- Perform stock counts, investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking.
- Compile reports on productivity and efficiency of maintenance department.
- Implement internal controls and ensure policy adherence.
- Document management and record control.
- Manage shifts, roster, time & attendance, leave, and training submissions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Grade 12 and Diploma in administration or equivalent.
- 2+ years relevant experience.
- Health and Safety knowledge advantageous.
- Minute taking skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in technical/maintenance work, inventory control, and advanced Excel.
- Experience in budgeting and cost management advantageous.
- Must have own transport.
