The National Postcode Lottery is part of the Charity Lotteries, a company that brings joy to people on both sides. Not only do we surprise winners with amazing prizes every day, but a large portion of the participants’ deposits goes toward supporting numerous charities dedicated to making the world a greener, more beautiful, and healthier place. By 2022, our participants had raised a remarkable 473 million euros for these causes.
What will you do as a Call Center Employee for the National Postcode Lottery?
During your paid training, well teach you everything you need to know about the prize packages, the charities we support, and all the exciting things that make our lottery special. Your job will be to communicate these benefits to the Netherlands. Whether you’re reaching out to new leads or speaking with current participants, youll make sure they know exactly why they should play.
In short:
Youll be making people happy all day long, introducing them to the lottery and its amazing prizes. And even if they dont win big, the charities we support always do.
