Job Summary

Key Responsibilities Contract Administration: Managing all aspects of buying and selling contracts, frominitiation to completion (e.g., invoicing, booking transactions, tracking transport schedules). Data Management: Entering and maintaining accurate commodity movements data in thesystem, reconciling contracts, and investigating/resolving stock differences. Client and Supplier Communication: Resolving client and supplier inquiries promptly andensuring settlements are completed according to contract terms. Administrative Duties: Performing all administrative tasks related to trade administration(e.g., filing, maintaining records). Software Proficiency: Using Accounting / ERP software packages and being proficient inMicrosoft Excel and other Office tools. Team Management: Overseeing and mentoring junior administrative staff to ensuresmooth daily operations and adherence to processes. Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvements in trade andcontract administration, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce errors. Reporting: Managing the preparation of financial reports, including tracking and reportingcommodity movements, discrepancies, and contract status. Training and Development: Providing training to new team members on administrativeprocedures, software usage, and best practices.
