Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management of mechanical systems including thickeners, screening equipment, and other mineral processing solutions.
- Collaborate with internal design, engineering, and fabrication teams to ensure technical compliance and quality delivery.
- Oversee client interface, project planning, budgeting, and execution from concept to commissioning.
- Conduct risk assessments, troubleshoot technical challenges, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on site.
Minimum Requirements:
- BEng or BTech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience managing mechanical projects in the mineral processing sector.
- Proven technical expertise with screens, thickeners, and related mineral processing equipment.
- Strong project management skills with experience in planning, execution, and cost control.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Desirable Traits:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to engineering excellence and safety.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
