REQUIREMENTS Bachelors degree in Health Sciences (advantageous), Business, Actuarial Science, or related field (Masters in Public Health, MBA, or equivalent preferred) 10 years experience in healthcare innovation, product development and managed care strategy is essential. Proven track record in conceptualising, piloting, and commercialising health-related solutions. Proven leadership capacity in managing teams of 100 employees as a minimum. Ability to link product design with care delivery and risk management principles. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of medical schemes regulatory frameworks (CMS, MSA).
