We are seeking a motivated, energetic and reliable Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and bar near Norwood. Duties include but not limited to:Overseeing staff, Inventory control, Operational management, Customer service, Marketing & Promotion and Quality control.Ideal candidate: 30 – 35, single, previous experience.Key Responsibilities:-Staff Management:Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising staff.-Customer Service:Ensuring a positive customer experience, handling complaints, and gathering feedback.-Financial Management:Managing budgets, controlling costs, tracking sales, and creating financial reports.-Inventory Control:Ordering supplies, maintaining inventory levels, and minimizing waste.-Operational Management:Overseeing daily operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions.-Safety and Compliance:Ensuring adherence to food safety regulations, health and safety standards, and licensing requirements.*Menu Planning:Working with chefs to create and price menus.*Marketing and Promotion:Developing marketing strategies and promoting the restaurant.*Conflict Resolution:Addressing employee conflicts and customer issues.*Quality Control:Maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.Salary based on experience.
