RedCat Recruitment is seeking an experienced SENIOR BOOKKEEPER / GROUP ADMINISTRATION MANAGER for a large, well-established concern, position based in Underberg area, KwaZulu-Natal. REQUIREMENTS Grade 12. Relevant Accounting / Bookkeeping qualification/s. Valid drivers license / own reliable vehicle. Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Previous working experience on accounting packages is essential . 5yrs previous working experience in a similar role. Responsible for the reporting function to group owners for multiple stores and properties. Payroll experience. Strong staff management / training skills / experience. Control of all documentation, financial, legal, human resources pertaining to all entities. Financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting skills. Experience in managing accounting processes and preparing monthly management accounts. Cash flow management and financial risk management skills. Regulatory compliance knowledge. Excellent leadership and team coordination skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A good understanding of inventory controls. Duties will involve overseeing financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. Daily tasks will involve managing accounting processes, preparing financial statements, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Additionally, the role includes coordinating with various department heads to align financial strategies and managing financial risk. With the support of the Managing Director. Person must be willing to relocate and work in the Underberg area.
