Key Responsibilities: – Assist walk-in and telephonic customers with parts enquiries and quotations. – Process parts orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. – Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers while prospecting for new business. – Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership profitability. – Ensure correct stock levels and assist with stock counts when required. Minimum Requirements: – Proven experience as a Parts Sales Executive in a dealership environment (franchise experience preferred). – Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and components. – Excellent communication and customer service skills. – Computer literate with experience on dealership DMS systems. – Valid drivers license and reliable transport.
