Marketing & Promotions: o Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and special events. o Promote the restaurant through social media and other platforms to attract new customers. o Ensure that branding and messaging align with the restaurant’s identity. Key Requirements: • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role. • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including front-of-house and back-of house processes. • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Proficiency in restaurant management software and basic financial reporting.
