Experience

• 10+ years writing functional & business requirement specifications
• 8+ years working with databases & SQL development
• 5+ years in Business Analysis (software design focus)
• 3+ years in functional & data testing
• Practical knowledge of modern technologies: APIs, workflow design, SQL, database design, and data analysis
• Experience leading or mentoring BA teams in Agile environments
• Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps
