Job Description
- Degree, diploma or experience in accounting and administrative field mandatory
- Previous experience in the agricultural industry will be advantageous
- Accounting/ bookkeeping advantageous
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Computer literate
- Must be computer literate (Excel). Experience with programs such as Xero & 4th Quadrant will be advantageous
- Experience with invoicing, payroll, statements & budgets
- Experience with stock take, orders, and data entries
- Must be able to take ownership, work independently and proactively
- General Administration skills
- Must have good interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work quickly, effectively and accurately and meet deadlines
- Hardworking, loyal, honesty and confidentiality are of great importance
- Sober habits
- Excellent people skills
- Strong people management skills
- Must be willing to travel when needed
- Valid driver’s license with own vehicle
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
- Processing monthly data
- Preparation of financial and general reports
- Record keeping and controlling of inventory
- Human resource management (salaries, wages & BAD)
- General administrative duties (filing, petty cash, diesel logs, etc.)
- Supporting current financial manager as needed
