Responsibilities: Compile annual financial statements from trial balances and supporting documentation Liaise with clients to obtain necessary information and resolve queries Work closely with auditors to address review points and provide supporting schedules Maintain accurate working papers and documentation for all engagements Ensure all deadlines are met in line with client and regulatory requirements Keep up to date with changes in accounting standards and legislation Requirements: Relevant accounting qualification or studying towards one (e.g., BCom Accounting, SAIPA/SAICA articles advantageous) Proficiency in accounting and drafting software (e.g., CaseWare, Draftworx) Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and client service skills Due to the high volume of applications received, only suitable candidates who meet the criteria of this vacancy will be contacted.
