Role Overview Manage MPS Monitor : implementation, reporting, analysis, and device optimisation. Maintain print fleet monitoring software. Schedule and track installations, job cards, tickets, and parts orders. Handle warranty claims (Lexmark & HP). Assist with quotes, invoicing, SLA billing, and consumable management. Monitor consumable levels and manage supplier pricing within CPC. Support SLA contracts, escalations, cancellations, and forecasts. Provide technical support (remote & onsite). Log service calls and manage engineers calendars.
