Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to join our team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for general administrative support, office coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing – Pastel Sage – non negotiable
  • Stock intake
  • Office Management
  • General office administration and filing
  • Answering phones and managing correspondence (emails, mail, etc.)
  • Coordinating meetings and managing office supplies
  • Supporting management and staff with administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Invoicing on Pastel
  • Stock management
  • Mature individual, must be able to work without supervision
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
